Je bouwt verder aan je expertise en deelt deze actief met anderen. Daarnaast ben je in staat zelfstandig creatieve processen te begeleiden en op te starten. Je maakt gebruik van didactische werkvormen en leertheorieën bij het bedenken van een concept en het schrijven van interactieve learning journeys. Ook heb je zelf regelmatig creatieve ideeën die je goed binnen een zakelijke context weet in te zetten. Daarnaast zet je uiteraard je ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden in tijdens gesprekken met klanten en tijdens het leiden van (content)sessies. **herken jij je hierin?** - Je hebt een afgeronde relevante Hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld onderwijskunde, communicatie, L&D; - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen van online leervormen in bijvoorbeeld Articulate Storyline en aNewSpring (of een vergelijkbaar platform); - Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van inspirerende blended leeroplossingen voor verschillende (commerciële) doelgroepen in een zakelijke context. **Do you want to make the impossible, possible?** Solliciteer snel via de button, dan nemen wij zo snel als wij kunnen contact met je op.
