**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website.
- Coordinate with the web development team to ensure the website is up-to-date with relevant content and functionalities.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Develop compelling and high-quality content for digital channels, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Allocate resources efficiently across various digital channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in the financial or lending industry.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and website content.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
