**Job Title**: Operations Analyst (Part-Time)

**Location**:Near Lambton College, Mississauga

**Hourly Rate**: 20-25 CAD per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time, with weekend hours (10-12 hours)

**Expected Start Date**: Immediate

We are a dynamic educational company focused on delivering top-quality learning resources to students. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst who is fluent in Microsoft Excel, with a keen ability to learn quickly and efficiently manage operational tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently print and organize homework worksheets, labels, and shipping documents.
- Manage the timely and accurate shipping of worksheets to students and educational partners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and track inventory to ensure consistent workflow.
- Assist in other operations-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience in operations, accounting, paralegal, office administration or a similar field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
