No Sugar Company is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods company in Mississauga that has an exciting opportunity on our Operations team for an Operations Analyst As the Operations Analyst, you will be playing an important role by issuing PO’s and following up with vendors on pricing and delivery.

**What You’ll Do**
Product Launches/Innovation
- Work very closely with the Innovation team for product launches.
- Assist with new initiatives and vendor selection for new suppliers.
- Displays and new component dielines - design with the vendor, confirm pricing, and issue PO to conform with customer/internal specifications.
- New SKU Set up for components and FG.
- New BOM creations and BOM revisions to be used with manufactures.
- UPC and spec maintenance for new item setup.
- Issuing PO’s and following up with vendors on pricing and delivery for new launches. Keeping data up to date in MS Dynamics Great Plains (GP).
Operations
- Issuing PO’s and components for repacks Matching shipments and inbounds with vendors and warehouse and receiving in GP - follow up with discrepancies with finance and vendors.
- Follow up and coordinate with any ETA on any shipments in transit.
- Assist with all brands that the company sells (ea. NS, SQ, No Sugar, CrossFuel, etc.) as requested.
- Provide assistance and support to logistics department.
- Requesting and maintaining vendor quotes for repacks, components and any other requests.
- Transferring inventory between warehouses as needed.
- Reconcile inventory negatives for month end.
- Process intercompany transactions.
- Pull inventory reports related to month end.
- Assist with any other tasks that the business requires at the time.
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- Post-secondary education in supply chain or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Operations Analyst, preferably in Consumer Packed Goods industry.
- Experience in MS Dynamics Great Plains preferred.
- Work experience particularly in project management, procurement, and vendor management, preferred.
- Previous experience in a rapid-growth company would be an asset.
- Great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to take initiative, resolve issues, provide solutions and recommendations.
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to work well with other internal departments.
