The Dignity Health Global Education Team understands the importance of data driven decisions and are dedicated to investing in this aspect of the business. The data analyst will be responsible for monitoring data quality, analyzing and interpreting data for presentation both internally and externally.

The Salesforce Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for developing mockups and conceptualizing ideas that simplify complex data and then presenting those insights to the team. You are the kind of person who knows the best ways to represent data but you are also keen to explore new technologies/ options. You enjoy implementing processes and have a knack for standardizing requirements and creating buy-in by using data to tell a story.

**Key responsibilities**
- Design, maintain and produce in-depth sales KPI reports periodically (monthly, quarterly and annually) and on an ad hoc basis for distribution to all levels of the Organization (Manager to C-level)
- Launch and implementation of new processes to streamline workflows
- Review past sales data to identify trends
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing to improve data integrity
- Perform data analysis of individual team members, teams and regions by customer, category, vendor or other criteria to identify opportunities and make recommendations to sales leadership
- Perform data analysis of advisor activities to ensure accurate and efficient system utilization
- Assist with the analysis of survey data
- Assist with the presentation of academic research, including reports, case studies, and presentations
- Lead initial CRMA setup and dashboard creation

Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to clean, analyze and interpret data

Experience
- 3+ years’ experience working with SalesCloud Native Analytics and Tableau required
- 3+ years’ experience working with complex business analytics preferred
- 2 years’ experience with advanced excel preferred
- SQL experience preferred
- Experience working in the education and/or healthcare industries considered a plus

Qualifications/Education
- Post Secondary Degree in Business,Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant Certification considered a plus
