**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, making them feel welcome and valued
  • Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and confidence
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
  • Deliver orders in a timely manner and check in for satisfaction
  • Address any guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and overall dining space
  • Handle payments, issue bills, and process cash and card transactions accurately
  • Complete side duties such as restocking, sweeping, and sanitizing
  • Support management and assist with additional tasks as needed

**Qualifications**

  • 2-3 years of restaurant serving experience (required)
  • Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales through upselling
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Comfortable using or learning restaurant POS systems
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
