- Design, manage, and update our websites to ensure they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and align with our brand identity.
- Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with external vendors to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives and monitor their performance.
- Set up and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Travel to various locations to capture photos and videos of our security personnel while on duty.
- Professionally edit videos and multimedia content for various platforms.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly track and report on digital performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
- Participate in recruiting events and initiatives to attract top talent.
- Work occasional night shifts to connect with our security personnel across Ontario.
- Project a positive image of our company digitally across every possible platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content.
- Excellent knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and their respective best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in setting them up.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to travel using company vehicles as required and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce original ideas.
- Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
