**About the Role**

This role will be part of the Maples Group, reporting to the Vice President - Business Administration and will work as part of a team responsible for various administrative activities supporting our business lines.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Creating and maintaining client information within various databases (data entry)
- Preparing reports
- Performing analysis, as required
- Supporting the Vice President in producing timely and accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports relating to financial and non-financial matters

**Requirements**:

- Be a University graduate with an excellent academic background
- Have interest in accounting, business information management and financial services

Key skills for this role are as follows:

- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task
- Professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first mentality
- Ability to disseminate significant amounts of information within a fast-paced working environment
- Be a self-starter with the ability to handle a diverse workload
- Experience with relationship management and client service
- Excellent time management, prioritization and communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent written and oral English).
