$35+/hr + POTENTIAL BONUS STRUCTURE OF $20K+ AND WINTERS OFF

**WHAT WE ASK OF EMPLOYEES**:

- 3+ years interlock or other finish construction installation experience
- reliable and punctual - on time, ready to work every work day
- your own vehicle (most projects in this industry (and our shop) are in areas difficult to reach by public transit)
- willingness to learn and grow
- positive attitude
- strength in leadership and organization
- ability to adapt to different situations on site, every day is different
- strong mind and body - bricks are heavy
- able to meet deadlines and produce quality work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Interlock: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
