The tasks and the time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. ServiceMaster Clean maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**: - Uses ServiceMaster’s cleaning products and procedures. - Vacuum stairways and vacuum or sweep and then wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees using ServiceMaster’s products and procedures. - Move all reasonably moveable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind. - Carries cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and homes. - Assists team with refilling cleaning kit and performs required equipment maintenance at the end of the workday. - Contributes to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contributes to the overall team effort of the company including being in uniform, dependable and on time. - Additional tasks as requested - Establish positive rapport with clients when possible - Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client - Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and other workplace policies - Ability to pack content & label boxes accordingly **PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS**: - Communicate in English both written and verbally - Strong attention to detail - Be physically capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks - Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings - Works well independently and in a team environment - Ability to drive to and from various job sites as needed. - Ability to withstand regular physical contact with **dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.**: - Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment in and out of a building. This may include climbing stairs while carrying equipment. Ability to load and unload equipment from cars. - Ability to perform wet-work on the knees as required to clean kitchen and bathroom floors, showers and tubs; bend for toilets and finishing showers and tubs at knee height; and reach shoulder height to finish the rooms. - Perform dry-work & carry back pack vacuum cleaner; dust furniture from floor to overhead as required. - Dusting will involve bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and moving small furniture. **OTHER CRITIERIA**: - Ability to pass criminal background check - Ability to pass motor vehicle records check - Ability to pass drug screening **Salary**: $26,000.00-$30,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - On call COVID-19 considerations: - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Social distancing guidelines in place - Sanitizing, disinfecting or cleaning procedures in place **Experience**: - Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Class 5 Licence (required) Work Location: One location
