We are an exciting new coffee shop in the historical Main St. Unionville.

**Job description**

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee and commitment to the highest standards of customer service. Our employees are those who understand the importance of quality and customer service. Experience in specialty coffee is essential. You must understand how to operate and maintain an espresso machine, dial in a grinder, steam milk and pour latte art. This is a part-time role. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of customer service and café cleanliness standards
- Good coffee knowledge and respond to questions
- Order preparation and cash handling
- Opening and closing of the café
- Ability to work well either alone or in a team environment
- Maintain a positive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Strong work ethic
- Barista experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work standing up for 8 hour shifts
