**Maintenance Worker (Full-Time/Permanent)**

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring our parking locations maintain a professional image and are fully operational. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage
- Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
- Litter pick-up on parking levels
- Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth
- Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
- Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
- Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
- Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work as a team member under mínimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
