**About Speedwash**

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Night Time Supervisor to lead our evening operations and ensure the site runs smoothly after management hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and support wash attendants during evening and night operations.
- Ensure closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across the wash bay and lot areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns.
- Monitor equipment and promptly report issues to management.
- Keep team members productive and motivated throughout the shift.
- Secure the premises at the end of the day, including locking gates and verifying systems are properly shut down.
- Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed (training provided).

**Qualifications**
- Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Full-time availability (3PM - 12AM, including weekends and holidays as needed).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with both team members and customers.
- Leadership skills with the ability to maintain team productivity and morale.
- Basic mechanical or tool-handling experience is an asset (willingness to learn is key).
