Head of Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with global goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet revenue targets.
- Identify market opportunities and expand customer base through strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, distributors, and HVAC contractors.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring team accountability and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
**Qualifications**:
- 12-15 years of sales experience with 5+ years in a senior national role; HVAC or construction industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and lead B2B sales teams.
- Strong market insight into Canadian residential and construction sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Canada.
Pay: $150,000.00-$165,000.00 per year
