Saisir fidèlement les données dans le système informatisé. Trier, séparer, mettre en lot et numériser les lettres de transport et les documents pertinents à des fins de douanes et d'archives. Tenir les dossiers, recueillir et rechercher les données pour produire des rapports. Veiller à la perception et au dépôt exacts et ponctuels des paiements des clients.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/educational equivalent.

Good typing skills 25 wpm.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of VISA, COSMOS, Genesis, Famis preferred

Good time management & organization skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou scolarité équivalente.

Bonne vitesse de frappe (25 mots/minute).

Avoir fait ses preuves dans l’utilisation de MS Office (Excel, Word)

Connaissance de VISA, COSMOS, Genesis, Famis souhaitable.

Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l’organisation.

Bonne maîtrise de la communication écrite et orale.
