**POSITION**:CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

**LOCATION**: Abbotsford, BC

**Hours**:Part-time,Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Track and trace shipments as required
- Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, pricing and service levels, exceeding customer service expectations
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up as shipments as required
- Cross training opportunities

**Qualifications/requirements**:

- Knowledge of the transportation industry would be a plus
- A friendly attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Effective interpersonal skills, including abilities to listen, comprehend, communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.50 per hour
