The Business Intelligence team in Video Sharing Platform Services has a mission to help decision making by providing data-based insights to product owners and management. As our Product Analyst, you will have a leading role in exploring and reporting on the necessary insights to enhance our ad network platform experience and provide additional value to our clients. You will also deliver solutions to support teamwork effort in reporting, automation, and anomaly detection.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client behaviour on our ad network to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our ads business; maintain and improve the key performance indicators that monitor the health and growth of our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to implement data-driven strategies.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Create and present reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommending strategic improvements.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an Analyst or similar role in the online ad industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated ability of creating actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive mindset.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to experiment with exploratory analysis with mínimal assistance to answer open-ended questions.
- Proven communication and presentation skills: convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with handling large datasets and data pipelines.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with ads purchasing and monetization and digital advertising.
