**Job Function Overview**
- The ability to operate hand tools is a definite asset
- Training is provided for employees
- Keep workplace organized and maintain a clean work station
- Handle Materials - within the shop and outdoors as required
- Work effectively and efficiently to complete your work within the job standard
- Knowledgeable about various tools and equipment, including jigsaw, drills, hammers, chop saw, tape measure, blueprints, etc

**Skills**:

- Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic
- Versatile and able to work in a team or independently
- Mechanically inclined
- Perform work safely and follow established work procedures
- Willing to learn, be flexible & reliable
- Physical effort and dexterity are required

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in the fitting/welder discipline
- Experience using power tools or hand tools (drills, squares, measuring tape etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team

**Hours per week**: 40 hours, Full-Time Permanent

**Salary**: Dependent on experience. **NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM**

**Benefits**: Yes, after completion of the 90 days probationary period

**Equipment required**: Steel toed boots with metatarsal guard
