**What we’re looking for
As Kneat continues to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Kneat Academy Manager to join our Professional Services Department.

**Position overview
Reporting to our Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Kneat Academy Manager will be responsible for 1) managing and developing Kneat Academy team members, 2) ensuring the Kneat Academy program is meeting quality standards, 3) coordinating with and reporting Key Performance Indicators to key stakeholders, and 4) progressing Kneat Academy program per defined vision and strategy.

The role will be responsible for executing the vision for Kneat Academy, which is to enable customer success through well trained users on Kneat Gx within our customer base, channel partner base and within Kneat itself. This role will require manage everyday Academy operations such as scheduling, developing training content, training, and maintaining a team of certified trainers, and ensuring coordination of Kneat Academy is effective and efficient.

**Responsibilities
Working as part of the Kneat Academy team, and reporting into the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the role has the following responsibilities:
Leadership
- Create and manage Development Plans for Team Members
- Develop and maintain Kneat Academy Key Performance Indicators
- Review and analyze training evaluation forms
- Create corrective action plans based on training feedback
- Business Process Owner for Arlo and Learn Upon Customer Portal
- Support management in development of Kneat Academy Vision and goals.
- Support your line manager to develop the plan for achieving the vision and goals.
- Execution of plan.

Training Responsibilities
- Perform Training (All Levels to all stakeholders)
- Develop and Maintain a Team of Trainers, including:

- Trainers
- Training Resources (Multiple Levels)
- External Trainers
- Create and Maintain re-certification program.

Trainer Management
- Award Certifications for Trainers
- Maintain List of Certified Trainers
- Maintain global list of Certified trainees (all levels)
- Maintain re-certification program for trainers and trainees.
- Oversee training performed by Kneat Academy Trainers to ensure it achieves its goals
- Provide Quality oversight to Kneat Academy Program

Contracts and Scheduling
- Ensure business relationship is developed and maintained with customers, partners, and individual trainees.
- Business Process Owner Arlo Software
- Ensure invoicing and payments from customers, partners, and individual trainees.

In addition to the above, the following is also applicable to the role:

- This may entail you spending time on process mapping and process engineering activities, working closely with customers to enhance and maintain process engineering skills. This can be done as a secondary activity to the Kneat Academy Lead role.
- Travel to client sites may be required from time to time.

**Minimum qualifications
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. _
- _Relevant experience in the Life Sciences Industry. _
- _Previous training or customer facing experience. _
- _Degree in relevant discipline, (Engineering, IT or Science) _
- _Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills _
- _Positive nature, can-do attitude, and a team player _
