**POSITION - Quality Assurance Clerk - Nartech Metal Products Ltd.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- The Quality Assurance Clerk shall maintain a current PPAP file for all parts running in their facility. Each file shall have a control plan, process flow chart, FMEA's, operator instructions and check sheets and any additional customer specific documentation.
- Update files when engineering changes are required.
- Initiating new files when new jobs are acquired.
- Ensure that all part number packages are available for departmental books and departmental display boards in the plant.
- Maintaining and updating part number/disc cross reference files.
- Entering data for SPC1, gauge R&R, Cpk studies, and other computer inputting as
- required.
- Monitoring all customer systems on a daily basis.
- Completing all typing, faxing, photo copying, scanning and other duties assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager for the Quality Assurance Department to allow them and the Quality Assurance Supervisors to be available on the plant floor and to ensure the smooth operation of the Quality Assurance Department.
- Prepare weekly Quality Manager reports for reporting at the Plant Managers Meetings.

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**
- Grade 12 diploma
- Strong Organizational Abilities.
- Shall have Computer Skills
- Shall have Strong clerical and typing skills
- Shall have experience in statistical process control
- Shall have good communication skills
