Woodbridge, Canada A2S Logistics INC Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage sea freight operations for export and import shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including House Bills of Lading (HBL), Master Bills of Lading (MBL), and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track cargo to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all sea freight activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Knowledge of e-manifest systems and procedures, including AMS (Automated Manifest System).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sea freight operations, with a focus on export and import for Canada and the USA.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
