**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer experience.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, utilizing your knowledge in technology sales.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising strategies.
- Upsell products and services by identifying opportunities during customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and techniques is a plus.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
