**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various jewelry items.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that reflects current trends and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cashiering and cash handling practices.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store presentation effectively.
