As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care by providing best-in-class support and service. Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions make a tangible difference in the lives of countless individuals across Canada.**This is a 12-month contract (with a possibility of extension) and hybrid role based out of Brampton, ON**

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Receive and process customer orders via EDI, Fax and Telephone
- Troubleshoot discrepancies between customer PO and internal system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer’s order is processed and filled in a timely manner
- Process customer product credits / returns in a timely manner
- Documents and resolves customer complaints / inquiries

**Required qualifications**:

- Post secondary education
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer care
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Superior problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of SAP (S4)
- Medical industry experience
- Knowledge of electronic ordering methods (EDI, GHX, GFAX)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
- Bilingualism in French/English (including written and verbal communication)
- Knowledge of consignment transfer / billing
