**About the Position**

The Artona Group is seeking to hire a full-time Digital Production Team Member. As part of our digital production team, you will be working on organizing and producing client products and images for marketing and client orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with matching images to correct client data.
- Problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Working with an assortment of printing machines and helping to ensure machines are running optimally.
- Ensuring customer-proof booklets and various internal project deadlines are met.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enhancing department and organization reputation by contributing ideas of improvement.

**Software Utilized**:

- Rendering Software (Training provided).
- Google Suite Software.
- Adobe CC suite (Basic knowledge is an asset).
- CRM and ERP software (Training provided).

**Job Requirements and Skills**:

- Able to work closely with others.
- Accountability for personal job responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Photography and post-production workflow experience is an asset.
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to lift 50lbs.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability to do shift work and weekends.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Some experience with design and photography.
- experience in a commercial photo lab is an advantage
