Kind Hearted Company is one of Victoria's fastest growing home and commercial property services companies offering services across 4 major divisions: Cleaning Janitorial Exterior cleaning Red Seal Services & House Moving We're looking for a new division manager to manage our Red Seal Services division where you'll be responsible for overseeing electrical, plumbing, gas, carpentry, handyman, renovation and moving work. The role includes managing your team using a formal and professional approach, estimating new work and doing on site visits, setting up teams at the start of the day, recording and tracking work, hours and costs using our technology systems, generating new work and reporting directly to the CEO. Required experience: You must be comfortable using technology Management - Formal experience required Industry experience - At least some experience working with 3-4 of the services we offer in your division (Electrical, plumbing, renovation etc). Sales experience is beneficial though not a requirement We're offering a full time salary position with growth potential. The company is 3.5 years old with over 55 staff and as such, there is plenty of earning and growth opportunity and potential. We welcome your idea's for growth. The job requires a self starter and go getter who is motived to work under mínimal instruction. We don't believe in micro managing at Kind Hearted, your role is yours to take charge of and so are your results. You must be comfortable with targets and managing revenue and you must be extremely organised. We use a multitude of tech systems so you must be comfortable using a computer and tablet and your phone as needed to update bookings, staffing, hours, estimates and more. This is a work from home position, though, it requires a substantial amount of time "in the field" doing estimates and setting up your teams, training and otherwise.
