**Territory Manager (Full Time) - Greater Toronto Area, ON**
**Primary Purpose**
The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. The individual in this position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Promotes sales and provides account service to assigned and potential customers
- Focuses on sales quota, new business development & maintaining customer relationships
- Contacts existing accounts and cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets
- Responsible for gross profit improvement and securing new business
- Improves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions
- Supports and implements marketing plans, promotions and new product launches
- Secures long term relationship by negotiating product supply agreements
- Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data
- Maintain list of target accounts by generates and qualifying new business leads
- Conducts competitive intelligence
- Demonstrates products to new account customers
- Other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
**Experience**:
- Prefer 5-7 years Outside Sales experience
- Industrial gas experience is preferred
- Welding experience is preferred
**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**:
- Prior sales success
- Defined sales process
- Oil & Gas industry is a plus
- Must possess a valid G class driver’s license

- Responsible for safety and security of any company assets
- Responsible for mileage report daily
**Decision-Making Authority**:
Any variations outside the standard operating procedures should be approved by the General Sales Manager or Sales Manager.
**Physical and Sensory Demands**:
- Walking on uneven surfaces on customer sites
- Walking in inclement weather
- Standing 60%
- Lifting up to 60lbs.
**Working Environment**:
- Working out of a store
- Conducting Business at client locations
- Driving to client sites
