**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, including mechanical components, bodywork, and interior features.
- Evaluate vehicles based on market trends, comparable sales, and overall condition to determine fair market value.
- Provide detailed reports on vehicle appraisals, including necessary repairs or enhancements that may increase value.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assist in upselling services or products related to vehicle repairs or enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of appraisals and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to explain appraisal findings and answer any questions regarding the appraisal process.
- Utilize cash handling skills when processing transactions related to vehicle sales or services.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership setting or automotive repair environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and their components is essential.
- Proven sales experience with an emphasis on upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions related to automotive services.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate assessments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
