**Job Title**: Landscape Foreman / Forewoman (NOC 8255)

**Number of Openings**: 3

**Job Duties**:

- Manage and supervise landscape crews;
- Manage and maintain project schedules;
- Resolve work related issues;
- Organize and direct landscaping tasks;
- Determine worker competency;
- Operate equipment (sod cutter, skid steer, loader, mini hoe);
- Use handheld tools;
- Maintain cleanliness on the jobsite / housekeeping;
- Assist with landscaping tasks as needed;
- Manage all site documentation and verify completeness;
- Conduct site inspections;
- Other supervisory tasks as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Landscape Foreman/woman
- CSTS training (is an asset);
- Leadership for Safety Excellence training (is an asset);
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract;
- Able to successfully complete a drug & alcohol pre-screening and criminal record check;
- Ability to work long hours (10 - 12 hours per day);
- Must be able to work in varied and extreme (hot) weather conditions;
- Physically fit and capable of lifting +50lbs;
- Strong work ethic;
- Safety conscious;
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
