**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining spaces
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Familiarity with the food industry and customer service best practices
- Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality service
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
