MADO Turkish Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at the new location in London, ON (CF Masonville Place Mall).
As a Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the coffee and tea making and serving and supporting the bakery staff when required. If you are passionate about bar/coffee/tea service and interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee
- preparation area and the dining section.
- Ensure the availability of supplies and ingredients by monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold the company's brand standards and contribute to maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the location manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in non-alcoholic bar and beverage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
**Salary**: $16.55-$18.50 per hour
