Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Offer personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and deals for clients
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hotel accommodations, hospitality services, and travel destinations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Proven sales experience or ability to upsell travel packages and additional services
- Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certification in travel or tourism is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
