**Shift**: Afternoon (3:30 pm to 12:00 am)

**Reporting to**:Production Supervisor

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Run bend and forming operations on Multi bend parts using standard and custom punches
- Use a CNC controller to input information into machine
- Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints
- Check heights, depths and thicknesses using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments
- Work with tight tolerances
- Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum & regular steel)
- Make adjustments to machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, as well as make sure the machine is set up properly, working well, and producing quality product
- Verify conformance of work piece to specifications, using square, ruler, and measuring tape
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specification
- Ensure work area is kept clean and free from hazards
- Lifting on average 10lbs per part, repetitive movements
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in Brake Press set up and operation
- Ability to work with multi axis CNC press brakes
- Experience in sheet metal multiple step bending
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
- Proficient mathematical/technical skills are required
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast paced, teamwork environment with mínimal supervision
- Excellent time-management, and high attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible, open and responsive to ongoing changes
- Solid background working with sheet metal
- Knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance
- Proven measurement and mathematical fraction/decimal conversion skills
- Ability to distinguish material types including aluminum, steel and stainless steel
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
