**Job Summary**:
In addition to honing your marketing skills, this role offers the unique perk of receiving free training in either lash extensions, teeth whitening, or laser hair removal, with certification. As our business grows, there's high potential for this internship to evolve into a paid position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft compelling social media posts that highlight our range of services, including lash extensions, teeth whitening, and laser hair removal.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activity to inform our content strategy.
- Constantly brainstorming and executing new innovative campaign ideas.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize our social media presence.
- Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars to ensure consistency.
- Participate in the coordination of special events such as free laser parties, private dinners, pool parties, and yoga sessions in the park, leveraging social media to promote these gatherings.
- Take advantage of our complimentary training programs to become certified in lash extensions, teeth whitening, or laser hair removal, expanding your skill set and professional opportunities.

**Skills**:

- Solid understanding of SEO principles to maximize visibility and reach.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to inform content and campaign strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of advertising principles to support marketing initiatives.
- E-commerce experience is a plus, particularly in driving online sales through social channels.
- Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with social media trends and platforms, with a passion for creative storytelling.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3-6 months
