Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on Maintenance Contracts for the Ministry of Transportation throughout the province of Ontario. Miller Maintenance has immediate openings for Loader Operators. The winter maintenance season runs yearly from October until April, weather dependent. **As a Loader Operator, You Will**:

- Load winter works fleet with salt and sand in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records and daily equipment log
- Perform daily maintenance and associated maintenance records
- Complete WOR records original copies
- Maintain yard cleanliness
- Other duties as required

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous Loader Experience, required
- Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment in a safe and efficient manner
- Previous experience in winter works operations an asset
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance, considered an asset
- Team player, with effective communication skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
