**Job Overview**: As the Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail store in your designated district. You will be responsible for fostering a great customer experience, optimizing inventory control, hiring and training a high-performing team, and working closely with the General Retail Manager to achieve overall business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Experience**:
- Champion our commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service within your district.
- Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
**Inventory Control**:
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Maintain effective inventory tracking systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with the General Retail Manager to make data-driven inventory decisions.
**Hiring and Staff Development**:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard store staff with a focus on finding the right talent.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the General Retail Manager to execute company-wide strategies.
- Ensure that your store aligns with company standards and initiatives.
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a retail management role. Experience in the pool or related industry is considered an asset.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management and control best practices.
- Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
