**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, etc.).
- Set up and clean work areas, including moving furniture and covering floors.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in transporting and maintaining painting equipment and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- No previous painting experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment.
