**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create compelling and shareable content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Curate industry-related content to position Matrox Video as a thought-leader.
- Foster and engage with our online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and facilitating meaningful conversations.
- Plan, execute and analyze social media programs to drive brand awareness, lead generation and audience growth.
- Track, analyze and report on key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working with social media.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the B2B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- A Team player
