We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Creation Director (Podcast + Influencer Branding Focus)

Are you a social media wizard with a passion for storytelling, a knack for editing, and a proven track record of building influential brands?

We’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse to lead our social media presence, elevate our podcast, and drive consistent growth across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

- A strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager/Director
- Proven experience growing audiences and increasing engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong background in podcast production — directing, editing, and publishing
- Skilled in content creation and editing (video, audio, graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and personal brand development
- Exceptional storytelling, creative direction, and attention to visual detail

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy
- Plan, record, direct, and edit engaging podcast episodes
- Create short-form video content, reels, and promos to amplify visibility
- Grow and manage a loyal community of followers and fans
- Stay on top of trends and analytics to optimize content and engagement

Bonus if you have:

- Experience managing brand partnerships or influencer collaborations

Commitment: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
