Responsibilities:

- Tire Services: Accurately perform tire rotations, balancing, mounting, and dismounting.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Check tire pressure, perform tire patching, and conduct general tire maintenance.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers, explain tire conditions, and recommend appropriate services or products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock of tires and related products, ensuring readiness for service.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate safety equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tire Technician or similar role in automotive service.
- Knowledge of tire brands, types, and technologies.
- Ability to work with hand tools and tire-specific equipment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical ability to lift heavy tires and work in various positions (standing, bending, etc.).
- Certification in tire servicing or related field is a plus.
