Key Responsibilities:

- Create and send invoices and load confirmations
- Enter loads daily into dispatch software
- Assist with driver paperwork and load tracking
- Maintain safety files and ensure compliance records are up to date
- Communicate with drivers and brokers when required
- Support dispatch team with scheduling and coordination

Qualifications:

- Experience in trucking/logistics preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of billing and invoicing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a small team environment

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (Full-time, day shift)
- On-site in Langley, BC

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Growth opportunity within the company

Pay: From $38,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
