- University degree in Kinesiology or Physiotherapy Assistant diploma from an accredited college.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Able to work cooperatively within the team.
- Able to develop long term relationships with patients.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written, oral and non verbal communication skills.
- Exercise initiative and good judgment with the ability to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work alongside our Chiropractic care team in managing the office and patient processes.
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of adjustment room and clinic.
- Scheduling appointments and office administration.
- Experience in EHC, MVA and WSIB paperwork and billing.
