Century Downs Racetrack and Casino is looking for a **Porter** to join our **Food & Beverage** team.

**SUMMARY**
To assist the food and beverage team with the clearing of bus pans, stocking in the bar and concession areas and to help maintain the casino floor, ensuring that it remains free of all dish and glassware. To develop, maintain and enhance positive relations with all customers and staff members.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to customers at the restaurant.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Develops, maintains and enhances positive relations with all customers and staff members.
- Clear and bus casino areas, as needed.
- Stocking of bar and concession areas as needed.
- Complies with established security policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates good working knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products. Can answer customer’s questions concerning the same.
- Stocking product deliveries orders, which requires lifting and moving of boxes.
- Takes all training courses as required by Casino Management.
- Reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.
- All other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Demonstrated hands-on willingness to perform all duties. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing and prioritizing work.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Required shift availability** for this position will be Thursday - Sunday's till November 2, then Thursday-Saturday going forward. Shifts will be late afternoon and/or evenings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
