Tech Support Agent

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Tech Support Agent** to assist our customers with technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. As a Tech Support Agent, you will provide troubleshooting assistance, walk customers through resolutions, and help maintain the high standards of service that our clients expect.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and systems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step processes to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document technical issues and solutions, updating our knowledge base for future reference.
- Escalate complex problems to senior technical teams as needed.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
- Stay current with new products, services, and troubleshooting techniques to provide accurate information to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office setting.
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is a plus.
- A positive attitude and strong desire to help people.

Pay: $16.65-$29.53 per hour
