What you’ll do as a store technical service representative:
- Create an amazing customer experience- Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs- Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge

What we’re looking for:
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers- 6+ months’ experience in a similar role- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment- Excellent communication skills
