Signum Corporation is a real estate development and consulting company looking for a confident, client facing administrative coordinator to support the owner and other personnel.
- Is a natural multi-tasker who can independently prioritize and move projects forward
- Is highly organized with an inherent ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the goal
- Can be relied on to follow through and complete tasks
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has worked with project management software
- Anticipates needs and is proactive
- Has an affinity for Excel, QuickBooks and no fear of the paper-jam
- Has experience in bookkeeping and understands basic accounting principles
- Preferably has experience in the property management and/or construction industry (but not required)
- Is tech-savvy

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the day-to-day administrative functions of the business run smoothly, by establishing and following procedures and following through on assigned tasks and projects
- Use QuickBooks to complete AR and AP transactions, payroll and government remittances, budgeting and other bookkeeping tasks
- Written and verbal communication with prospects, clients, and contractors
- Touring commercial and residential locations with potential tenants
- Researching vendor prices and issuing purchase orders
- Monitoring and reporting on building standards, receiving service requests, coordinating maintenance calls, tracking and ensuring timely completion of repairs
- Creating time tracking reports and various spreadsheets.
- Coordination of retention and marketing initiatives, including social media
- Answering calls, filing, organizing and maintaining the office
- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle to attend various properties
