**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and handling practices.
- Assist in menu planning, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes and specials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating strong knife skills.
- Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs when required.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining settings.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Experience in menu planning and catering is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen staff.
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a dietary department is advantageous but not required. Join our team and contribute your culinary expertise to create memorable dining experiences for our guests
