**Job Description**:
We seek a passionate and motivated Basketball Coach to join our team. As a Youth Basketball Coach, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the talent of our young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, organizing practice sessions, and coaching during games and tournaments. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and role model, instilling essential values and sportsmanship in our players.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate basketball training programs.
- Plan and conduct practice sessions focusing on skill development and team strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Attend and coach during games, tournaments, and competitions.
- Promote sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork among players.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff.

Qualifications:

- Previous coaching experience, preferably in youth basketball.
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for working with young athletes and helping them succeed.
- Ability to create a positive and motivating coaching environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Open to Criminal Record Check

How to Apply:
