**Wellness Clinic Receptionist - Full/Part-Time**
Therapeutic Body Concepts is hiring We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new wellness clinic in **North Edmonton**, and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our growing team.
We have opportunities available across multiple clinic locations. Flexibility to work at more than one location is an asset and may allow for full-time hours.
**What you’ll do**:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage phones, bookings, schedules, and appointment reminders
- Process direct billing and invoicing (insurance & MVA accounts)
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, including laundry and tidying common areas
**What we’re looking for**:
- **Direct billing experience** with platforms such as Telus Health, Alberta Blue Cross, Green Shield, Medavie, etc. (required)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Jane App experience (an asset, not required)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to travel between clinics
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
