We’re expanding our technical team and are looking for a **skilled and dependable Woodworking Machinery Maintenance Technician** to help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

**Position Overview**

As a **Woodworking Machinery Maintenance Technician**, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and installing a wide range of woodworking machinery. This includes everything from **CNC routers** and **edge banders** to **membrane press machines** and **air compressors**. You’ll also assist in preparing machines for re-sale and help with the setting up of new equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventative maintenance and service on:

- CNC routers (cabinetry router, CNC bridge saw, CNC processing center)
- Edge banders
- Air compressors
- Membrane press machines
- Other woodworking and industrial equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Carry out repairs efficiently and safely
- Install and set up new machinery in-house
- Prepare used machinery for resale (inspection, cleaning, testing, basic repairs)
- Keep accurate service logs and maintenance records
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal procedures

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance (woodworking/manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with woodworking equipment: CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license (required for on-site service work)
- Forklift certification is a plus
